Legal Basis: We process your personal data to provide the service you requested (performance of a contract) and based on our legitimate interest in improving the app.

  • Voice Data: We process audio recordings solely to convert your voice into text commands via secure APIs. This audio is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored on our servers.
  • Account Data: We collect your email address, name, and profile picture (if provided via Google Sign-In) to synchronize your habits and journals across your devices.

3. Service Providers

We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, specifically Google Firebase for backend services and OpenAI/Gemini for artificial intelligence processing. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Our providers (Google and OpenAI) operate under security frameworks that guarantee data protection in international transfers.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The RemindNest website is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not use cookies, web beacons, or any third-party tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to collect personal information or track your browsing behavior.

We only use strictly necessary local technical elements (such as your selected language preference stored in local storage) to ensure the website functions correctly. These elements do not store any personally identifiable data.

Because we do not track you, we do not display annoying cookie consent banners, ensuring a smooth and respectful browsing experience.

4. Your Rights and Data Retention

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your data:

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your data at any time.

How to delete your account and data:

  • Option 1 (In-App): Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will instantly wipe your account, habits, and journals from our database.
  • Option 2 (No Access to App): If you cannot access the application, you may request data deletion by contacting us via email at raizen.apps@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete all associated data within 72 hours.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure (such as Firebase) to protect your data during transmission and storage. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
